The first step is the by concentrating on regions and system we build communities of funders and providers that have a comprehensive understanding of the PEPNet quality standards. Participants get to know the PEPNet standards as NYEC guides them through the Continuous Improvement. The process begins with the PEPNet Quality Self Assessment, which involves stakeholders assessing an organization's strengths and challenges Process. The Assessment results are used to develop and implement an action plan for strengthening areas identified as needing improvement and then celebrating those successes once the action plan has been fully implemented and all targeted goals have been met.
